1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website adhd-mentor.co.uk ("the Website") and any purchases made through it. The Website is operated by Rohan Herbert trading as Rohan Herbert ADHD Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

We sell digital products including, but not limited to, ebooks, planners, focus sheets, tracking journals, and resource bundles (collectively, "Digital Products"). All Digital Products are delivered electronically in PDF format via a download link provided immediately after successful payment.

By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery is instantaneous upon successful payment via our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
  • You are purchasing a licence to download and use the Digital Product for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • The download link is made available immediately after payment, and you consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately upon purchase.
  • You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files. We are not obligated to provide replacement downloads beyond a reasonable period after purchase.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you acknowledge that:

  • By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has been made available to you.
  • Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, the 14-day cooling-off period that normally applies to distance selling does not apply once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any Digital Product once it has been purchased and the download link has been provided, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.
  • This policy applies to individual product purchases and bundle purchases equally.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading your purchased product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in accessing your download.

4. Coaching Services

Rohan Herbert ADHD Coaching offers one-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions ("Services"). These Services are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. They are based on personal experience and practical strategies for managing ADHD in daily life.

  • Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services at our discretion.
  • The content of coaching sessions is confidential and should not be shared or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and within our Digital Products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, layouts, and downloadable files — is the intellectual property of Rohan Herbert ADHD Coaching and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content or Digital Products without express written permission.
  • Purchased Digital Products are licensed for personal use only. You may not share, upload, or distribute purchased files to any third party, platform, or file-sharing service.
  • Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The information provided on this Website and within our Digital Products is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be taken as, medical advice, psychiatric advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

7. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.
  • In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. When you make a purchase, your email address and payment information are processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. We may retain your email address for the purpose of providing download access and customer support.

  • We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Any personal information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential.
  • This Website may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
